HP & temp stem line design

Dear all

   Incase of high pressure & temp. steam line the design pressure & temperature is beyond asme B. 16.5 class 2500. on trying to ASME B. 16 .34 class 4500 rating we seen there is no provision for P 91 material . So can You Please guide me if I assumed special class then how to take care for corresponding fitting & valve .etc.
