9000 equipments.
Can be a combination of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment (in our plant, a "piping" qualifies as an equipment too and so does hoses and other safety devices - but that is another issue).

Removing I&E leave us with mech equipment that has both an inlet and outlet piping. Pumps, compressor and other similar equipment has in most cases only have a discharge and suction. Columns, pressure vessel, storage tanks and similar other equipment have multiple inlet/outlet nozzle.

From here (and mind you, this is only an estimate) its pretty easy to work out the math to figure out (in order of magnitude est)the answer to your question related to the number of lines installed (assuming its already built).
