The guy wasn't asking for a pointer, he wanted an actual P&ID. I bet if he'd stopped by your office and asked for a print or a CAD file to take home, you'd've administered a rocket right up his kilt. But as it happened you didn't do that, electronically or otherwise, So we're both off the hook.
