Please define "line". I may be missing something, but I can imagine multiple definitions. A line could be the route between a tank and a reactor, including pump and installed backup pump, flowmeters, control valves, manual bypasses around the control valves, etc. Or it could be the pipes between each of the above. If the latter is used as the definition, 2500 is rather easy to have. If the former, it must be a very complex process!

thanx arturo,
but my questions is can the plant with this capacity (4380 tonns/day) will have 2500 lines or more ? i don't have the p&id's so i really can't count the lines.
