This is a free 3D modeling program (you can pay to have a version that contains more features) that is used to create many of the 3D buildings seen in Google Earth.
It is quite powerful (for free software) and you can download libraries of piping fittings, valves, etc.
Well worth a look for anyone interested in 3D graphics, works with Mac OS as well as with Windows.
