Hello everyone,

This is my first email to the group with the following question

If there is a cut out ( 6 meters) on a large diameter steel pipe such as 30" and this cut out happens to be on a slope of 50 degree. Is there a possiblity of a spring back or pipe jumping when the cut out is made. If there is what precautions should be taken to avoid it. Is there a book I can refer to on this
