Plant Maintenance philosophy

Hi,

I think while developing eqiupment layouts, knowledge of plant maintenance is an important aspect (i.e. how plant maintenance will be carried out). Can someone suggest me any books or standards or guidelines regarding how equipment maintenance is carried out? so that I can take care of all the requirements while designing Equipment layouts.
