  1. Building and compressor structures should be independent of each others; therefore compressor vibration should not affect the building
  2. Building structure is designed to support the building and ancillary utilities such as lights, detectors, vents, fans, etc. Before adding any external load to building structure, consult with the building designer.
  3. To answer your question, use different pipe supports.
