Do not do it.

   Use a seamless elbow or replace a 5-D piece of the pipe and put the seam where you should. You also could cut a 5-D of the pipe, rotate 30 deg. and re-weld the same pipe.

   next time: provide pipe size, materials, grade, wt, process/service, pressure, temp, etc.
