flow measurement software

I will appreciate your help for the following information

I am looking for suppliers of software designed to manage flow measurement electronic data from orifice, positive displacement, turbine, ultrasonic, and coriolis meters. This software will have, among others, the following functionalities: Flow rate calculation, for gases and liquids; validation of flow rate calculations; equipment sizing; calculations of correction factors of volume for liquids and gases. The software(s) will be capable to measure different fluids as natural gas, liquids of hydrocarbons, steam water and water. These tools will have to include the functionality to generate detailed and summarized reports of the calculations, configuration parameters, calculation factors, and identify inconsistencies in the calculation and equipment variables; managing of inspection and calibration, intermediate and final results. Also, it will have to contain converter of units for the variables of energy, temperature, pressure, length and volume. The   software must operate on a laptop or desktop PC utilizing a Windows operating system.
