You could also look at a Link-Seal or other branded, rubber linked wall
seal. They come in different sized link lengths and thicknesses for size
pipe and gap, and in my experience are stock items, easy to find, as
they are modular. This may provide more support than you are looking
for, but they are rubber, and can be tightened to just hold snug.
