Hi!

   Since no details are available my brain storming produced following results:

   1..Just manage to put a temporary shuttering below and fill up with cementitious slurry.smoothen up top side & remove shuttering after 24 hours. The shuttering can be a steel Annular Plate or a wooden board cut into two halves to place around the Pipe.)

    2. fill up with chemical foam compound available. Mix & place with some thing below to hold. it will rise nad fill up the Gap.

   3. fill up the gap with some news paper and cover with cardboards on both sides with quick -fix!!

   OR go in for preparation of an enquiry document, issue for enquiries, receive offers, place order, approve drawing,and await delivery of Link Seal.
