Thanks--the issue I was questioning was the general statement that
either a weld procedure or a welder qualifiation with P-1 base metal
doesn't not automatically qualify the other hight P-numbers, since
almost all the esential variables would chance including P-numbers.
I think I'm sticking to my guns on the matter. You can see the whole
