Trunion of Ball valve

Hello Friends,
Can anybody tell, whethere the TRUNION in case of TRUNION MOUNTED BALL VALVES is considered a part of the valve TRIM ? E.g. TRIM is INC 625, TRUNION shall be of INC 625 ? API 6D does not give any idea about this.
