Insulator thickness

Hi,

    I just wonder how could I calculate for the insulator thickness for distiallation column operaing at 140 C and 300 kPa which its heat loss is limited at 5-7%. Has it a standard procedure such as ASTM or API? Or should I use any commercial software? Thank you for your advice in advance.
