HI

   Sleeves are auxiliary pipes 2 in. to 10 In. larger in diameter than the main made of same material or polyethylene or similar allowing the main to pass freely inside. Of course the vents shall be installed at either end of the sleeves to let good current along the main.For passing the main inside the sleeves one should fixes two legs at lower part of the main.
