Assignments are one way you gain experience. Another way you gain
experience is making mistakes. Good engineers learn from their own
mistakes. Very good engineers learn from other people's mistakes.
They also learn to listen other people's opinions, but never to
accept what they read on the Internet as truth until they've verified
