Thank you, but, I'm seeing they are using A519-GR.4130 in oil and gas
industry (They call it 4130 easily). We even have a WPS in order to weld
the pipe made of this material as a pressurized portion with using A No.
and P No. and so forth by a certified company. It shows there should be
some examined issues for this material from this point of view.
Anyway, assigning your time in this issue is greatly appreciated.

There is no ASME SA-519 specification listed in Section II. None
whatsoever. As I said before ASTM A-519 covers mechanical tube--I
don't think it's suitable for pressure bearing applications. In fact
I don't see any ASME material specifications that include 4130 in any
form. I think you're out of luck.
