There is no ASME SA-519 specification listed in Section II. None
whatsoever. As I said before ASTM A-519 covers mechanical tube--I
don't think it's suitable for pressure bearing applications. In fact
I don't see any ASME material specifications that include 4130 in any
form. I think you're out of luck.
