I get this from time to time as well. I think it's more of a "sender issue" than Piping Design issue. I normally just "white list" an author whenever one gets sent to my Spam folder, after that, that sender doesn't go to my Spam folder anymore. The only "regular" in the group I can't seem to get to work is Bruce. (Insert your "his company can't get him to work either" joke here fellows.. hehe) No matter how many times I whitelist him, he keeps going to my Spam folder.
I have a special folder for Piping Design e-mails and set up a rule that any e-mail with [PipingDesign] in the subject goes to my Piping Design folder. But obviously spam distinguished by "sender" seems to take priority over my manually created rule I guess.
