That would take care of any displacements the pipe may have. Is there any other advantage of routing it through a sleeve vs embedding it within the concrete foundation.
Once the pipe is buried with back fill. It limits the chances of any future line condition inspection. Though, a low pressure drain line, if there is a leakage, it will go un noticed until it has seeped a great deal to the underground. In that case it may be better to run it through a closed, below ground trench. That way the pipe may be inspected.
