You mean high tensile bolting material???
Anyways, Metallic gaskets shall be avoided. For a standard design, Insulation kit is preffered ,so that better leakage and galvanic corrosion prevention can be acheived.
Eventhough the prevention of galvanic corrosion is secondary, this may inturn cause leakage thru the flange facing when the CS-SS face boundary got corroded, as a result of galvanic action.

What is hi Bolts?
The flange standard that you may be using gives the suggested bolting material to be used. Say ASME B16.5 for instance. A metal gasket would mean an ring type joint (RTJ).
The primary consideration on flange bolting should to prevent possible leakage. prevention of galvanic corrosion should be secondary.
