know about (not necessarily in this order):
The above (and I likely missed some, maybe a lot) will take many years of on-the-job experience, reading books on your own, taking courses in piping and instrumentation, listening to your mentors, surfing the net, and asking specific questions on this forum. The people here are always willing to help in the process and you'll find that there is an incredible amount of knowledge here. However, please remember that e-mails are not one-on-one with an expert at work and you'll need to be specific in your questions.
Welcome and good luck in your piping career. It's well chosen and you'll find it infinitely rewarding; a career where you never stop learning.
