Sajit, Hafiz,

I forgot to mention that..
1. Aussie standard AS 2129 Table D flanges cover up to DN 3000. 2. Table 2.1 of this code gives temeprature-pressure ratings for this Table D Flanges of Carbon steel types.
3. Table 3.1 of this code gives permissible material grades from which these flanges/plate flanges could be fabrivacated.

I could not go further with the previous link because of the SPAM / ADVT block on the intranet.

Here is a valve manufactures catalogue for a butterfly valve that has a DN 2000. This may be of some help to start with. The flange still, will need to designed for the pressure, gasket seating and other variables.
