Helping someone get a job he isn't qualified for isn't really helping anyone. If they guy does get a job he can't do, he'll end up on the street pretty quick with a damaged reputation. It won't do Amjad's reputation any good either. And it won't help the reputation of the list.

I don't blame the guy for trying to get a job, but he should start like the rest of us--getting the proper training and using his skills to get work--not by trying to game an interviewer.
