ASTM A181 is for CS forgings for Gen purpose piping, has 2 classes, 60 and 70, corresponding to the SMTS. A105 is also same, can be used for higher temperatures also, corresponds to A181 class 70 in strength.
Why is the ball using metal seats? 316SS. What is you service, pressure, temperature?
316SS is a generic description of the material grade.
A182 is the product form, alloy steel forging.
The vendor's offer should be acceptable.
