I think that'll be 3 different answers. Fair to note in this case that the TP designation doesn't occur with carbon or low alloy steel tubes.
BTW I think I know the answer and I also think that it's of absolutely no help to anyone, but let's see how many others think so, too.

Also--when the subject is piping design, material specifications are correctly expressed SA-312 gr TPxxxx, not A312. Doing it the right way may keep you from getting the wrong amterial from a supplier.
