The material may be covered in in your applicable design code--if so temperature dependent allowables will be tabulated there. If you don't have allowables in your design Code, it's not permitted for Code use. Simple as that.

I can't find a listing in my ASME Code Section II list, which may be because A-694 is a guide spec, like A-20, which covers general delivery requirements for a wide range of similar product types, in this case forgings. Such guide specs are incorporated into actual product form material specifications by reference.

Check further into the material specification and see if you can determine what is actually being supplied and that it is listed in your design Code.
