Here I go again, replying to the same message more than once...
Not offhand, maybe other listmembers do. This brings up another interesting issue:
AutoCAD (whether you like them or not) got to where they are today by "allowing" virtually anyone to use non-registered, AKA "pirate" versions of their software, ensuring a huge user base that knew the product well. Rebis (and possibly others) does kind of the same thing with its crippled demo version of Autoplant. At least it's possible to play around with the program and see how it works.
The "big guys", however, are a closed shop. That's understandable, since traditionally the cost of the computing horsepower required to run those programs was prohibitive.
