I assume this is in reference to the article, "Ethylene Oxide Design of Facilities", as linked on the design.html page: (<http://www.ethyleneoxide.com/html/body_design_of_facilites.html>).

I did some limited work with this product, but it was mainly collection for routing to the flare system. Your question has been forwarded to a process engineer familiar with ethylene oxide. I will post an answer if and when when it arrives.
