I consider this to be spam for the following reasons:

-no company name was given/use of anonymous email account
-"Highest priority" status of message
-no webpage to refer to
-"send this to all your friends" note at the bottom

In my opinion, this was an agent looking to increase his resume count. Cadrecruit@hotmail is now off the list and banned. If this happens again I'm going to return to manual approval of subscription requests.
