Caesar II trial version is available at the coade website. There are limitations on the number of nodes and only static analysis can be run. But for having a feel of stress analysis it is not bad.

COADE provide up dates and down loads for Caesar II, the remainder provide
limited run discs. What are you actualy looking for?
