somehow you've lost me there. The PxT as used in process piping refer to the pressure-temperature rating of either the flange or the valve. It is not an equation that follow the law of pV=wRT. Ive have never come across the unit of Btu apply to a pipe/nozzle or valve joint requiring a gaket.
