Admin: Page Refreshing

Here we go again:

I've had a few complaints about the main page (www.pipingdesign.com) repeatedly reloading when people visit the site. If anyone else has experienced this and it is occurring frequently, please let me know and I'll find a way to fix it. It seems to only happen sporadically with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0.
