Here you will find NPS for Windows in Downloads. This is a very useful utility for pipe dimensions. This has a inbuilt calculator as well for non standard pipes.

Megeyesy's Pressure Vessel Handbook. You might have some luck with manufacturer's catalogs. My old Tube Turns catalog has all this info, and Hartford Steam Boiler has an excellent handbook--if Hartford's your AI you can probably get one real quick. Check around the web.
