Piping Guide (Part II) by Sherwood and Whitstance would have most of the data on valves, piping and piping components. Its listed in the amazon.com and probably cost less than a hundred bucks.
Or You may get in touch with your favorite supplier and request for the free catalog published by French-based Trouvay and Cauvin â Materiel Petrole. It has everything you needed - tech info/stanadrd for pipe and piping material.
This type of query requesting data to complete a stress calc is getting out of hands. Im assuming that anybody who has an access to a $10 grand CAE software would have at least own a couple of catalogs related to valves, flanges, insulation, hangers & supports, pipe and fittings (which can be had for a song) plus the very basic piping handbooks or guides (plenty listed in the piping design central).
