model is just that- a prediction. the results youre getting using the
dynamic analysis of Caesar may not reflect what is actually happening or
going to happen when the pipng system is commission.
real analysis begins during the actual measurement of the frequency and velocity at different nodes of the piping. you actual need to take two measurement. one to define the mode shape and the other to determine the natural frequency. the valves and insulation are the least of your concern since they've been well taken care during the static analysis.
knowing the max. stress intensity as a result of vibration is the next step. the third will be correlating all those values and comparing the results againts the max. stress intensity that you have establish (the severity chart develop by the SwRI is a step in the right direction).
or get hold of a copy of the KT Troung article plus the bates and wachel article published by the ASME.

Vibration problems needs accurate modeling representing the actual situation
100%. Valve weights and insulation weights are to be rechecked. The
restraints
specified in the model may not be true due to fabrication errors. Rechecking
the
site condition with respect to the model will help to identify the problem.
