There is a product from Garlock call a Flexseal , it is a Gasket design for
flanges with a chevron system, it as a metallic and a sealing element,
typical 304 and Graphite .
For your application I will chose 316SS and Teflon. It will go to 250 °C .
They comply with ASME B16.20 .
(There also known has Flexitallic)
