[ADMIN] Discussion List

The PipingDesign list message delivery channel is going to be changing in the near future (likely within two weeks). Hopefully this will not create a great deal of chaos and everyone currently subscribed will be moved to the new system. For a little while though, subscribers might get double messages, but that will only be temporary.

I choose to do this because it moves the list to a more private "zone" than Yahoogroups offers and will allow people to join without having to be a member of Yahoogroups. Of course, making this change means that we will lose some "features" that no one has ever really used, so no loss there. There are other neat things coming up, so stay tuned.
