     We have to deliver some piping equipment that fall under IBR regulation and we are looking for an IBR representative body here in Europe to approve this equipment. Would you help.

     I'm specialist in the PED (the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23); in case If you have inquiries concerning this in future.
