As far as I recall, this is a 300 series stainless with some sulphur added to improve formability/machinability. I think it is the same as 303 .

the common name is V2A, with an international designator 1.4305, symbol X 10 CrNiS 18 9. it is what some of our equipment injection nozzles are made out of.
