Dear gfhasemi,
You will need to design your pipeline to AWWA, ATV or AS 2556.1 standards. There is a need to take into account the live and dead loads, soil loading, trench dimensions, soil characteristics as well as the compaction. Suggest you download AS 2566.1 from www.standards.com.au or find similar standards applicable to wherever you are in the world.
The following paper may be of interest.

Dear Geoff Stone ,
thanks for your attention to my problem. this pipeline pressure is 200psi and soil is ML(stiff clayey silt whit some sand).
what is compaction factor(in autopipe manual is 80% to 94%)usually?
it has more effect on cohesion factor.do you have any guideline for
checking of upheaval bucking of buried pipline?
thanks
ghasemi
