Usually lined-pipe spools are flanged. If you find spools with flanged ends, you can assume that they are lined internally. They usually are pre-fabricated and lined before installation. But difficult to say, if cement lined or rubber lined !!!

The line is running we cannot drill hole. The line leaked previously many time, but I'm new in the site. Our UT meters cannot detect the interface.
