Thanks Bruce,
The piping system that I mean is an on shore pipeline ( 8" buried pipe), the pipe transporting is condensate and use material carbon steel seamless API 5LX X42 SCH 30. The length of pipeline aproximate 33 Kilo Meters. How to conduct commissioning for this pipeline? is internal pipe cleaning include in precommissioning?
Internal pipe cleaning for the pipeline will use foam and brush pig, could you tell me how to calculate minimum and maximum pressure to propel the pig by water or air? I also would like to know how to conduct purging for this system?
I really need your advice.
Best Regards

In my experience, commissioning criteria vary. What are the design criteria for pipe supports (earthquake zones, etc.), what is the pipe transporting (flammables, corrosives, water, medium pressure steam, etc.), if inside, what is the industry (potable/food, pharmaceuticals, sewage treatment, petrochem...), what is the pressure and acceptable pressure drop, etc.
In general, the commissioning criteria are: does it meet local and industry codes and standards, does it meet the facility/owner/process needs.

system. [bcc][faked-from][bayes]
Dear All,
I would like to know how to conduct precommissioning and commissioning for a new piping system both in-side plant and out-side plant piping.
Could you tell me how to do it step by step?
I need your advice.
Best Regards
