Karan,

In respect to Horizontal deflection of Spring Hangers, you need to know the total length of the Spring hanger support and work out the angle of deflection of the Spring Hanger from the Vertical. This - depending on the supplier/manufacturer - should not exceed 4 degrees.

Regards

Conor

         Subject:        [PipingDesign] Horizontal travel

I have one Hanger type spring support:-
Travel Y= 20mm (Vertical)

           Z=  50mm
           X= -50mm

There is so much offset (horizontal travel) during working. And spring is tension.

What I do?

karan
