You can get some guidance from Paragraph UG-66 of Section VIII Div1 of the ASME Code. Typically cryogenic temperatures require austenitic steel. ASTM A-320 covers a lot of different high alloy bolting materials.

You might want to check that operating temperature. The critical point of Nitrogen is -146 C at 33 atm. You can liquify nitrogen at higher temperature than the critical temperaure but the pressures get high.
