You can use ASTM A515 Gr 80 for valve body ; which is carbon steel boiler
quality plate for high temperature services. Same shall have water cooled
jacket.
For trims use Inconel which is suited for such high temperature services

Subject: [PipingDesign] High temperature butterfly valve
Which is be best material to built a 2000 mm diameter, butterfly valve?. The working conditions are:
Fluid: Electric arc furnace combustion gas
Pressure: -15" H20
Temperature: Average 650 Centigrades, peak 900 Centigrades
Gas velocity 40 m/sec
Application: Melt shop fume dedusting ductwork. The valve is used to
control the internal pressure in our Electric
arc furnace
We tried a valve made in A 316 but it failed (severe deformation in the body and melting in the seals of the electronic positioner after working only 4 weeks. Would you advice to use a water cooled valve built in ASTM A 106 schedule 160 pipe?
Any commet is welcome
