Hi Jijoy

I have several estimating books by John S Page which have some useful information. One of the books "Conceptual Cost Estimating" was meant to be available on CD, but I am not sure if that happened. The publisher is Gulf Publishing Co. You may wish to google them and see if they have any books or software that will help you.
Piping is commonly known as being the most unpredictable cost component of process plant construction.
