Isn't that what the Print Screen button is for (I think alt+Print Screen captures the current window in focus)?
Scratch that, I just looked at the webpage ( http://www.lysator.liu.se/~zap/zapgrab.html ). Software last updated August 1996.
For the amount of screen captures I do, it's not really worth it since I end up having to launch PSP anyway.
Why do you say the image quality/resolution is a little poor?
Snag-It is nice (US$39 though) and can do video capture for mouse movement/on-screen activity. Useful if you're doing a tutorial on how to use unfamiliar software to a newbie.
