That EULA may be a carryover from when Windows "lending" was (wink, wink) "encouraged". You know, we don't REALLY mind, as long as it gets Windows onto more desktops. Wasn't AutoCAD the same way?

With Windows XP there are product activations; I wonder if the EULA is the same as for Win2K.
